Prep:
- Clean carbon fiber wheel arches with
Meguiars' All Purpose Cleaner (10:1)
- Clean tires with Meguiars M39 Vinyl and
Rubber Cleaner.
- Wash panels and door jambs with Meguairs
Hyper Soap and Supreme Shine microfiber towel.
- Dry with high speed Metro Vac blower and
microfiber towels.
- Lubricate paint with Meguiars M34 Final
Inspection.
- Remove bonded contaminants in paint with
Meguiars Mild Detailer's Clay and M34 Final
INspection sp;ray.
- Mask off rubber and seals to prepare for
polishing.
- Wipe down with purified water and isopropyl
alcohol mixture.
- Measure each panel (58 locaiton) with with
ultra-sonic paint meter.
Paint polishing:
- Stage 1: Meguiars M105 Ultra Cut
Compound applied with wool pad @ 1200-1700 RPM
with rotary buffer.
- Stage 2: Meguiars D300 DA Compound
applied with foam "cutting" pad @ 5000 OPM with
DA polisher.
- Stage 3: Meguiars M205 Ultra
Finishing Polish applied with foam "finishing"
pad @ 4200 OPM with DA polisher.
Protection
- Applied Meguiars Ultimate Wax to paint work,
glass, door shuts, wheels, and interior carbon
fiber trim.
- Treat weather seals with Meguiars Ultimate
Protectant.
- Applied two coats of Meguiars M40 Rubber
Dressing to tires.

Process:
Prep:
- Wash.
- IPA wipedown to remove waxes, glazes, and fillers.
Paint polishing:
- Measure clearcoat thickness on all
panels with PosiTest DFT.
- Compound with Meguiars M101 Prime and
5" MF pad.
- Compound with Meguiars M105 and 5" MF
pad.
- Compound with Meguiars D300 and 5" MF
pad.
- Polish with Meguiars M205 and 5" tang
pad.
- Polish with Meguiars M205 and 5" black
pad.
Interior
- Vacuum.
- Wipe down all surfaces.
- Clean Leather Leather Masters Soft
Cleaner.
- Apply Leather Masters Vital.
- Apply Leather Masters Protective
Cream.
Protection:
- Applied 2x Zaino Z5pro to paint.
- Applied Zaino Z8 spray sealant to paint.
- Wheels hand polished with Zaino AIO.
- Tires treated with Zaino Z-16.

Notes:
- Factory sanding marks covering 40% of the paint.
Process:
- Washed via 2 bucket method after soaking with foam.
- Rinsed and dried with quality waffle weave micro fiber.
- Applied decon gel to paint to remove any metal particles.
- Foamed again and washed with 2 bucket method.
- Clayed paint to remove any bonded contaminants.
- Rubber trim taped off to protect during polishing.
- Removed all factory sanding marks and swirls with a 3 step paint polising process.
- Prepped paint and glass for Opti-Coat Pro.
- Applied Opti-Coat Pro to paint, trim, door jambs, and glass.
- Wheels removed and cleaned with decon gel. Prepped for Opti-Coat Pro, applied Opti-Coat Pro to full wheels including front faces, barrels, and back of spokes. Wheels are installed, lug nuts are hand tightened and then properly torqued to factory spec w/ a torque wrench.
