Exterior Level 2 |
Process:
- Wash. Includes tires, wheels and wheel wells.
- Clay all painted areas to remove bonded contaminants.
- Two/three step machine polishing to remove at least 85% of defects
(swirls, scratches, etc) I always strive for 100%, but sometimes deep water
spots and scratches are too deep into the clear coat to safely remove.
I use paint thickness gauges to continually monitor how much clear coat
I am removing during the correction process. I do not use any glazes or products with fillers...I actually remove the defects.

|

of defects.

Maintenance Wash
|
After
completion of either the exterior
level 1 or 2, your finish can be
maintained with my maintenance
wash.
Process:
- Entire vehicle is washed
with the two bucket method,
sheepskin mitts and a ph
balanced car wash soap to
maintain the protective layer.
- Wheels, wheel wells and
tires are cleaned. Excess
water is blown off with air
and any remaining water is
removed with a quality waffle
weave MF drying towel. This
will ensure that no swirling
will be introduced into your
vehicles finish.
- A spray sealant is then
applied to maintain the
protective layer and high
gloss appearance.
- Tires are dressed with a
low gloss treatment.
- Interior carpets are
vacuumed.
Time Required:
1 - 2 hours.
Cost:
$175 and up depending on
condition/size of vehicle and
distance traveled. |
